TeleGo: Dial Right From Your Browser
TeleGo is a Chrome extension developed by TeleGo that allows users to dial phone numbers directly from their browser and integrate with a CRM. With just one click, users can call any number that appears on their Chrome browser. Additionally, users can select a CRM to launch in the appropriate window when a caller calls in, including popular options like Whitepages, Google Search, Facebook, and Helpscout.
The extension also provides users with the ability to follow the call progress, review the call log (including incoming, outgoing, and missed calls with durations), and redial a phone number that shows up on the call log. When a call comes in, users can select a CRM to launch in the appropriate window.
TeleGo Click to Call aims to save users time and effort, allowing them to focus on growing their business and better serving their customers. To get started, users need to update or download the extension and login to reveal the click to call keypad, Recent Calls, and Settings tabs.
